Dr. Tom Painter,
from the National Snow and Ice Data Center, collecting multi-spectral measurements
of snow albedo in a snowpit at the Swamp Angel Study Plot on February 14th,
2004. These data were incorporated into the successful National Science Foundation
proposal leading to this collaborative research grant for the CSAS and NSIDC.
