Andrew Rickert is the Program Manager for Colorado’s Weather Modification at the Colorado Water Conservation Board. Rickert has worked for CWCB for 10 years. He holds a Bachelor of English Literature from Colorado State University and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Environmental Policy, Management, and Law from the University of Colorado. Rickert has operated Colorado’s Weather Modification Program for the last 8 years, with the hope of continuing to expand existing weather modification programs, implementing new permitted programs, and updating equipment around the State of Colorado.
