Tanya’s work bridges engineering, environmental science, and translational research to develop and apply data-driven solutions to snowpack, soil moisture, and water resources concerns in the Colorado River Basin.  She is a researcher at the Aspen Global Change Institute (AGCI) and a lecturer in the Master of the Environment (MENV) program at the University of Colorado Boulder. Tanya earned her Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, an M.S. in Biological and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Harvard University.
